Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline

Most stock orders ship within 3 business days of your order being placed. In the rare case of an item being out of stock, you will be notified of any delay. Our custom boards and bags typically ship within 7 days. When working with our representatives on your design, we will provide you with an expected production and shipping time. The delivery times we provide are estimates provided by our carriers, and due to varying possibilities for delay we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

We ship most packages with FedEx Ground and FedEx Express. There are occasional times where it makes more sense for us to ship your order with another carrier. We can also ship with any carrier on your account number if requested. If you have a specific shipping need, please contact us at 513-860-3730 before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the shipment weight and the shipping zone that you are shipping to. We do not charge a handling fee. All orders ship from our warehouse in Cincinnati, OH. In the case of delayed shipment, returned product or exchanges, we do not refund the shipping costs. Any address changes on packages in transit will be subject to a $15 address change by the carrier.

International Shipping

All of our products ship from the United States. We do not ship to FPO or APO addresses. Due to potential delays with international shipments, please place your order 3-4 weeks before you need the product. We cannot be held liable for shipments that are delayed for any reason, including customs clearance issues. All customs clearance charges and taxes are included in the international shipping rate provided at checkout.
